The British-born beauty talked about her movie roles, past and upcoming, and also revealed an interesting therapy method she recently tried.
“I did the Hoffman Process recently, which is all about learning re-parenting, because so many of us come from dysfunctional parents, and we get trapped in negative patterns that stem from that. To break those patterns you have to be in a space where you can recreate what you went through and deal with it.”
The Hoffman Process is an intensive, residential, week-long therapy course that combines several practices to help those with anxiety or depression, or those who need to become ‘unstuck’ and move on in their life.
