Lee Daniels’ breakout hit show Empire has been a comeback of sorts for the FOX network after last week’s episode drew the highest number of viewers on a Wednesday.

The show has also gained quite a few celebrity fans, with many expressing interest in guest-starring on the show.

When President Barack Obama recently appeared on The Rickey Smiley Show he revealed that First Lady Michelle is also quite a fan of the show.

“Michelle is real big on Empire. She’s gotten really into it. I frankly have not had a chance to see it yet, but I love the actors in it, so I hope that she’s DVR’ing so I can watch.”

The president also the free college tuition bill, and the upcoming 2016 election.
