Sistah Sinema and Indieflix came together to fill a much needed gap where it comes to quality selection of queer films featuring people of color by relaunching a Netflix-like service. According to Elixher:
Partnering with Sistah Sinema is part of a larger effort to showcase cinema that highlights global diversity…The initial launch will highlight nine films, including Finding Juliet by Kanithea Powell, Gender Freak by Rebecca Louisell, and Fiona’s Script by Florencia Manovil.
