Tanzanian beauty Herieth Paul, recently shared some big news with her followers on Instagram. The international model, who has been featured in Vogue and Glamour and walked for Balmain and Stella McCartney, among many others, is now the new face of Maybelline.

As part of the big announcement, Paul dished to Glamour Magazine, about her beauty routine, and her beauty icons.

My mom. She has this naturally rosy, peachy color in her cheeks. Her skin is little bit lighter than mine and it comes out when she’s blushing or she’s cold. It’s so beautiful on her; it makes her face look like sunlight. Oh, I also love Beyonce!

Paul joins fellow models Jourdan Dunn, Gigi Hadid, and Adriana Lima, who are also faces of Maybelline. She’s also the second naturalista the brand has tapped, the first was model and New York native Tomiko Fraser Hines.
