African-American ballerina Misty Copeland’s career has been full of milestones. From becoming the first black principal dancer at the American Ballet Theatre to starring in an her own documentary, Copeland continues inspire girls from all over the world.
Now Copeland has added another amazing event to her already iconic career, she’s getting her own Barbie doll. Copeland unveiled the limited edition doll earlier today on Good Morning America.

The beautiful doll was made in Copeland’s likeness and even mimics her unique body type. The Misty Copeland Barbie will be available for purchase on May 9, but you can pre-order your doll on Amazon.
