Kimora Lee Simmons recently surprised fashion media with a new line KLS Kimora Lee Simmons. The new line is a departure from her previous endeavors, with a tightly edited, minimalist, versatile, wearble collection, at a more luxury price point — $600 to $3500.

“This is definitely catered to a woman who has a little spending power,” Simmons said of the collection. “It’s very classic and it’s my take on what would be basic. Not exactly basic, but updated and upgraded basic.”

The collection has generated a lot of buzz so far.
