The daughter of the Democratic candidate for mayor of New York City, Bill de Blasio, Chiara de Blasio’s choice of headwear has been the talk of the town and the New York-centric blogosphere. According to Chiara herself in an interview with New York Magazine, “I really like living things. I like plants. I’m a pretty happy person, and I guess I just like to have an ethereal thing going on.” While Chiara got hers at Urban Outfitters, we found a few indie designers also offering similar styles.
