Aevin Dugas, a Louisiana Native, is the proud owner of a head of hair with a circumference of approximately 4 feet, 4 inches. She will be able to confirm her world record after the Guinness Book of World Records takes official measurements. Aevin hopes to inspire more black women to go natural.
