If you’re a New Yorker who regular utilizes our amazing public transportation system, odds are you’ve had to avoid being kicked in the head by a subway dancer at some point. You’ve also probably stepped aside for violinists, guitar players, and all sorts of music groups. That all too familiar shout of “It’s Showtime!” occasionally elicits groans, but I admit I’ve seen some truly talented young men during my travels.
This short film for indie boutique brand Fair Ends features subway dancers out of their element, instead dancing in white spaces and in nature. The varying pace of the film really highlights the skills of these young men.
