Ernestine Shepherd first began her health and fitness journey while in her 50’s. She and her sister wanted to look good in their bathing suits but both felt insecure about their bodies. Over 20 years later Shepherd has kept up with her fitness routine and is now encouraging other men and women in her community to follow suit. She credits exercise as her “anti-aging pill”.
