
According to reports, Beyoncé was given unprecedented creative control over her appearance in Vogue’s September 2018 issue. The super star tapped young photographer Tyler Mitchell to shoot the cover, making the 23-year-old the first black artist to shoot a Vogue cover in its 126 year history. Beyoncé also offered a rare interview, in which she talked to writer Clover Hope about identity, body image, and more.
