This past Tuesday, Beyoncé along with Jay Z, Kanye West, Pharrell Williams, and Rihanna filed a complaint against French brand Eleven Paris in New York federal court.

The lawsuit names 58 instances in which their names and images were used for on clothing and accessories without their consent. The suit asserts that products for sale with images of the stars and phrases like “Kanye is my Homie” and “Pharrell is my Brotha” are examples of “copyright infringement” and “unfair competition.”

The complaint also claims that Eleven Paris breached the terms of a secret agreement established with Beyoncé, earlier this year. Interestingly enough, Solange modeled for the brand in a series of ads which were released around the same time.

Beyoncé legal team also claims that they reached out to Eleven Paris on multiple occasions with warnings and cease and desist orders. So far, no word from their camp. You can read the lawsuit HERE (via The Hollywood Reporter).
