Black-ish creator Kenya Barris recently unleashed a series of poignant tweets that highlight the difference between how black men and how white men are perceived in Hollywood when they are accused of serious wrongdoing. As others have noticed, Judd Apatow, a huge fan of Woody Allen, seems to keep harping obsessively on Cosby as if he’s the first man in Hollywood to abuse his power when interacting with women, rarely expressing any empathy for Cosby’s victims.
@JuddApatow – dude. Enough. Not defending him AT ALL, but u do realize this borders on strangely obsessive, right? Where was ur#EricGarner

@JuddApatow – finally, I want 2 say that ur a genius, national treasure, maverick, & will probably now deservedly ruin my fledgling career.
