Following a violent massacre at Mother Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church in Charleston, South Carolina, which left 9 dead, several reports confirm that a 5-year-old girl is among the survivors. According to a reporter for WCIV-News NBC 4 Charleston, the child who survived the ordeal by playing dead, is currently recuperating at the Medical University of South Carolina Hospital.
