Black women, ladies, and girls, gathered in Atlanta this past weekend for the 3rd annual Sweat With Your Sole” Festival 5k /15k Race. Runners of all ages, shapes, and sizes, hit the pavement on Sunday at 7am, the culmination of an eventful weekend that featured a series of health and fitness events, including, yoga and Crossfit.
