Just over a month after the tragic death of Bobbi Kristina Brown, Georgia’s Fulton County Medical Examiner recently announced the discovery of Brown’s cause of death. Brown, who slipped into a coma after being found unconscious in her bathtub, spent months in hospice care before her passing on July 26th of this year. The office also released a statement confirming that the autopsy records will remain sealed.

“The Fulton County Medical Examiner has classified the cause and manner of Bobbi Kristina Brown’s death,” the office said in a September 25 press release. “However, a Fulton County Superior Court Order dated September 25, 2015 has been received Sealing the Autopsy Report and ordering the Medical Examiner to not release any further information to the public.”

The circumstances surrounding her comatose state and subsequent death were mired in speculation, conspiracies, and public conflict between her boyfriend Nick Gordon and her family.

Recent findings by the Medical Examiner’s office might have solved the mystery, but it appears that the legal battle over the death of Bobbi Kristina Brown won’t be coming to an end anytime soon.

A lawyer for the Brown family has released a statement in response to the medical examiner’s announcement.

“In regards to the civil litigation, we believe we know who harmed Bobbi Kristina Brown and his name is Nick Gordon,” Christopher Brown said in a statement.

“I look forward to having the Court hear the evidence in the civil lawsuit and hopefully the criminal action very soon,” Bobby Brown said in the same statement.
