In what I’m sure was probably the blackest cold open in the history of Saturday Night Live, “Jay Z” and “Solange” let us know what really went down in the Standard Hotel elevator. Maya Rudolph also made an appearance and totally stole the show with her Beyoncé impression. To be honest, I was pretty over this entire “scandal” from the start, but the “explanation” and the various Beyoncé puns had me cracking up. Watch for yourself.
