Sophia Dawson is an artist who lives and works in New York City. Her work has been featured in the Brooklyn Museum as well as at various art spaces in New York.
Dawson’s latest project, “Every Mother’s Son”, features portraits of mother who have lost their children to police brutality. The moving mural is located at Ideal Glass at 22 East 2nd Street in Manhattan and will be on view through November.
