All black everything was the unofficial dress code for the night as celebrities hit the red carpet at this year’s Golden Globe awards. The somber hue was chosen to make a statement about gender inequality and abuse in the entertainment industry. While attendees kept it chic and exciting they also made efforts to shift the focus from fashion to activism.
