1. Eilat, Israel
That’s right, Israel. Israel may not be what immediately comes to mind when you think of exotic diving locales, but it definitely should be.
With great visibility, little to no current, and water temperatures in the 70s, diving here is great for any skill level.
Over the past ten years, Israeli marine biologists have been working hard to restore the reefs, making the area here looking more vibrant than ever. You can look forward to seeing shipwrecks, coral, eels, and huge schools of fish.
2. Cairns, Australia

Inside the lagoon await the giant clams, sea anemones, tropical fish, and moray eels. If you come during the month of November, you may even have the opportunity to see a humpback whale, as they migrate to this area during that time.
