We recently shared with you all about the varying experiences of LGBTQ citizens in Africa and the Diaspora. International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia and Biphobia  is an annual worldwide celebration of the LGBT community, marked each year on May 17.  This year over 120 plus countries participated.
